Bánh Bèo Hải Phòng – Hai Phong Vietnamese Pork Cake ASMR [Subtitles] HNC Kitchen

Hai Phong Vietnamese pork cake is a sort of traditional local food that usually sold on the small kiosk in the market and sometimes can be found on the street of Hai Phong . It is made of rice flour with pork filling that steamed on the banana leaves and served with pork ball in the fish sauce soup. Delicious!!
Ingredients:

Pork Filling
500g pork mince (50%fat)
25g black fungus
½ tsp chicken powder
½ tsp salt
7 eschalot

Batter
600ml warm water
225g rice flour
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp chicken powder
½ tbs oil

Meat Ball
230g pork mince
2 green shallot
1 tsp chicken powder
½ tsp black pepper

Sauce
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs water
500ml water
50g sugar
4 tbs fish sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chicken powder
